My wife and I were skeptics at first. We’ve taken one too many herbs/supplements that claim they help with mood and calming and just fail to meet our needs UNTIL NOW! This Blue Vervain tea not only works but is truly top notch. Our career is super stressful and sleep was almost non existent (you try sleeping in a moving truck, not easy). This product claims to elevate mood and soothes the nervous system so we decided to try and we both experienced THE BEST SLEEP we have had in the last 6 years! This doesn’t make you drowsy or tired it truly just soothes you enough so that you can naturally fall asleep, stay asleep and wake up totally refreshed. Life saver already purchased again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have had trouble sleeping and sometimes dealing with anxiety I've tried other products to help me but the side effects weren't good for me and needed a better remedy. I gave this tea a try and came to find that it really does help to calm the nervous system and once I feel asleep I had solid sleep and woke up without feeling drogey. This is now my favorite night time tea to wind down with.

I purchased those herbs for me and my husband. Because he used to work at night and he don't really get a lot of sleep. I boiled him some tea and he sleep like a baby. Bought this cause I heard Akeem mentioned it helped him with insomnia and wanted to see if it would me too. And I can definitely say it is very good in relaxing my body to bring me to sleep. Will try it with ginger tea. But have had it just with honey and letting it steep for about 20 to 30 mins.
I absolutely love this tea! It is incredibly relaxing and I just feel so good after drinking it. It is very light in taste; I drink it as is without a sweetener. I got the package wet by mistake when it arrived so transferred the herbs to a mason jar even though there was a lining in the package. Just wanted to be safe! Thank you Akeem!
These herbs in the winter months helps with my immune system and I am not subseptable to colds and flu. Before taking these herbs I would stay sick all throughout the winter. Since taking them I get sniffles that quickly go away and in no time I am back to my good health. I recommend that all people start.a regular routine of drinking herbs daily first thing in the morning and even at night.

I’ve been combining the blue vervain with the Cassia Alata and absolutely love it . The blue vervain gives such a calmness and relaxation and the cassia Atlata is smooth , no pain mild laxative . I take them combined at night to give a restful sleep and in the morning I feel refreshed and ready to go. Just ordered 2 more packages of the blue vervain, it’s a must have! I love love love Blue Vervain! I struggle with PCOS and I struggle anxiety and depression and Blue Vervain is the perfect perky pick me up! ( lol say that 4 times fast) I drink this every single day some times 2x a day on those hard days definitely recommend by half the cup my anxiety is completely subsided, also helps me sleep( I also struggle with insomnia)

This is great to have right before bed if you need something to soothe your tummy and put you at ease. I sleep like a baby when I have some, about 2tbs in a mug and you get a subtle smooth taste
The second order arrived in a couple of days after the first order was lost in transit, nonetheless I like the Blue Vervain it relaxes me. On the other hand the Slim Now has a slight fishy smell and taste my sense of smell and taste was heightened during pregnancy. I just put lemon 🍋 in it.
That Blue Vervain......does what it do baby! 😂This was my first time ordering and using this product. I immediately began to feel my body relax allowing for a nice and peaceful sleep. Next up....Gully Root. Once I opened the bag, you smelled just how potent this herb is and it tastes the way that it smells. It’s definitely different but I like it. It’s like a mucus buster!
