Mannnnnnnn when I tell you I have gone through surgery and these things came back with vengeance!!!! No relief in sight until I landed here. Omg thank you! My RBC count is up in the normal range now. idk if it's all the beets, lentils & spinach I've been eating or if it's the St. John's Bush. Maybe a combination of all along with proper rest & positive mindset. Either way, the St. John's Bush tea is tasty I'll continue to enjoy it. I put all my loose teas in glass ball jars & attach the label from the bag it came in so I'll recognize it.

I’ve been using the Saint John’s bush tea for about 3 months now and I can tell the difference. My periods were 7 days, it’s 5 days now. I am going to continue to use it to help get rid of my fibroids.
I love it I mix it with the red rasberry tea each month and drink it.

My daughter who started her cycle at 9 hears old who is now 14 years old experienced painful periods, nausea, cramping pain that had her in teas and having to leave school. I tried many herbs that would stop the pain and nausea in hours. However this herb here; St John's Bush, this tea... The first 7 days before her cycle as recommended she drank the tea every day throughout the day, when her period came on she had absolutely no pain, no nausea, no cramping, nothing. We look forward to purchasing more bags please.
I usually have painful cycles which would require me to take a naproxen to relieve cramps. This is the first time in all my years of having a cycle that I didn’t have to take any medication. This tea reduced my cramps and I did not bleed as heavy. I am a very thankful for finding this company and not having to rely on medication.
I rarely write reviews. When I like a product, I show my support by continuing to purchase from the company. Which I did with Rich Sol. This is my 4th time buying from them. The products are solid, and everything usually comes in a timely manner. This time, however, neither is true. I order the St Johns Bush Aug 15th & didn't receive my order until Sept 12th. When I did receive it, it looked nothing like the ones I received before. It was all stems and everything was chopped finely. See pictures. If there is season when the plant flourishes, tell your customers. Sell it seasonly tell them to stock up while products last. But don't deceive them but altering the product, because we won't buy anymore and lose faith in the products you sell.
Store owner replied: Blessings! thank you so much for your review. We actually shifted to finer chopped leaf thinking it would be better since it is more potent with more surface area! If you steep that tea, and when you open the bag and smell it, it is very fresh. The quality didn't change, it was just the processing! Regardless, we have received the feedback and have stopped using this method of processing since October. I will be reaching out to you to send you a replacement that you are happy with! We want all of our customers to be happy with the product the receive or we will refund or replace. Sorry for the delayed arrival as well. Thank you for your long time support!

I hate pills and my daughter started her cycle. I didn’t want to give pain meds so I opted for st John’s bush and it is life changing. Her pains are severely reduced or gone all together. I makes me so happy to have her pain free naturally
I usually love this product and company, however I likely won’t order anything else. I ordered two bags of the St. John’s Bush and spent $50 for the items and shipping. Order was placed on 7/31 and did not ship until 8/28. Once i received my package, both bags were full of mostly sticks even though package says ‘chopped leaf’. My previous order of this same herb was finely chopped leaves. You can see the remainder of the old herb compared to the new herb in first picture. Very disappointed with the product and communication about delay in shipping/processing this time around.
The bag is almost empty cause I used most of it and it’s amazing and changed my life. Get you some asap!!

Fraudulent! Never received my order in which I purchased the product in March. It is two months later and USPS says they haven’t received a package to ship. I emailed the company twice and they never responded!
There has been a major change in cycle AND hormones since using St Bush! My cycles aren’t as heavy and I’m not as bloated. I’ve only used it for about 2 months, so I can’t wait to see how my body changes for the better for the rest of year!!!

If you find goodness in this testimony, I am grateful to the Creator and Ancestors for moving through SolFoods and Bro Akeem; any shortcomings, please credit me and I ask for forgiveness for that. At the beginning of the pandemic I had trouble locating my feminine products and opted for period panties. I was a few months post-partum having delivered my 4th child and began developing complications--cysts and heavy, irregular and painful periods. I was struggling! Doctors wanted to remove my womb. I love my womb and after hearing that my ovaries are perfect and beautiful--compliments I didn't know I needed--I felt ever more attached to my female organs so I felt conflicted. Doctors insisted that I go to the ER if I soaked through a pad in an hour or less and called this hemorrhaging. Now this happened every time I had a period starting in 2020, often twice a month and with 4 children and practically no hands on support, who got time for the ER??!! I stumbled upon Akeem's diy seamoss gel video last summer trying to share tips with a cousin and gleaned some for myself. The gem for me was a post about St. John's Bush. This was a game changer for me! After using St. John's Bush (SJB) as a tea for 2 months (that's how long the first order lasted), I was able to regulate my period and flow--so sinceriously! Because my cycle is irregular, I'm not able to use the herb as recommended but rather begin use once my period starts. For example, this last week of momaging made this more hectic than usual so I missed the first 2 days of my period and began hemorrhaging. Night 2 I brewed my tea (similar to what's pictured but with more SJB and red raspberry leaf) and literally put a stop to the heavy flow! Long story, short, this ish works!!! The energy and love beaming from the videos Akeem shares is manifest in these herbs and SolFood. Ladies, getchu summa dis healing! I am very disappointed about the size of all my products, you sell then 44 g bag but they are small than the original. Less product, why? More expensive the package, I have st johns, sea moss, fruitful and cassia alata all the package are small than the original with les products. This is not good marketing for people who believe in you.
